hi, got a Q

for kind of a big deal title, do i need to have useable titles?
eg: rank 7 hero, rank 1 charmed,etc

or does it have to be max, ie: 100% tryian map, r10 sunspear... ?

yeah only the maxed ones count
so 70% of tyria is not good enough, you need the 100% indeed.
